Mental Health Mukbang (Session 2):

“Strategic Mindfulness: An Authentic Self-Care Practice”

Virtual session on August 26, 2020 at 6:30 PM Pacific

The power, purpose, and practice of mindfulness is a brain changer. That’s according to growing research showing how the brain can be trained to change your life! Through this live webinar by corporate wellness speaker and clinician Jeanie Y. Chang, LMFT, CMHIMP, CCTP (National Director of Self-Care & Wellness By NAAAP), gain insight on what authentic self-care looks like as an intentional, daily practice. Realize the impact of strategic mindfulness to cultivate personal self-growth and recognize meaning and purpose in the present moment. It begins with holding a solution-focused perspective to be effective in all aspects of your life.

The session will be an interactive 'mukbang' event. Eating your dinner is welcome and encouraged during the Mental Health Mukbang. Mukbang mixes muk-ja for “eating” and bang-song for “broadcast.” So, mukbang means “eating broadcast" usually defined as a live-streamed eating show where the host eats with the audience. We encourage attendees to support a small business if possible.

Free with registration.
